Welcome to the world of beautiful artificial flowers. I have always had a passion for styling and interior design. I was first approached in August 2022, to style a friend’s wedding with artificial flowers. I asked if she was joking, as I’d never done anything like flower arranging on a large scale before. I had also never worked with artificial flowers. She said she wanted 10 large flower arrangements on stands, and would like to hire them.

With that in mind, I sourced some beautiful artificial flowers, and placed my first order. The flowers arrived shortly after, and I got to work styling the arrangements, guided by a photograph from the bride to be.

When the wedding day finally arrived, and the setting up was done, the venue looked amazing, and the bride and groom were over the moon. I think from that moment Ruby & Rose (Ruby Mae & Ella-Rose my daughters) was born.

I now needed to design a logo. I did have a vision of what I’d like, after several attempts at drawing using my daughter’s iPad, and getting the thumbs up from my family, I proceeded to order business cards. This little business now seemed more real and professional.

We have been rapidly expanding, and it has been such an honour, and a privilege, to be involved in so many beautiful weddings. We also make to order, bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, flower girl baskets, and pocket flowers.

I feel so fortunate, as I have an amazing small team supporting me, who are indispensable. Jayne, in particular, is an accomplished florist, with many years of working with real flowers under her belt.

My brain is continuously full of ideas for styling, and we pride ourselves on the attention to detail for every wedding/special occasion however big or small.
